Nascent Objects - Embedded Conductive Traces

Date: 2014 - 2017 (Ongoing)
Location: California
Project: Nascent Objects - Manufacturing Process
Team: Nascent Objects
Role: Inventor, Process Development Lead, Process Modeling and Optimization, CAPEX management
During my tenure at Nascent, my team and I developed a manufacturing process, allowing us to manufacture at an unprecedented scale parts that featured embedded conductive traces. The process leverages existing resin based 3D printers that can feature very large envelope to build hundreds of parts at the same time. The parts are then metallized to create the conductive pathways.
Example Parts:

Early prototype with the Rabbit Proto system
